营口渤海油脂工业有限公司是由嘉里粮油（中国）有限公司和营口港务局于1993年合资成立的，2003年6月2日成功转制为外商独资企业，投资总额为2900万美元，注册资本为2160万美元。经营范围为生产动植物油脂，豆粕、菜籽粕及加工饲料、棕榈籽粕，生产包装物及仓储业务。拥有全套德国日加工750吨大豆浸出设备和日加工能力300吨的油脂精炼生产线,建有总容量2.9万吨的储油罐和总容量3万吨的筒仓。2002年初新建的玉米胚芽油脱蜡车间正式投产，推出关爱心血管健康的“金龙鱼玉米胚芽油”，并于9月份对车间进行扩建，日产量提高到180吨。为满足日益扩大的市场需求，为消费者提供更安全、更健康、更优质的食用油产品，公司于2003年5月份再次投资1700万人民币对工厂进行全面改扩建，10月底完工，届时，工厂环境状况将获得全面提升，小包装生产线日灌装能力将达到450-500吨，并适时导入GMP（良好操作规范）和HACCP（危害分析和关键点控制）体系。
